Ingredients:
- 1 whole organic chicken (about 3-4 pounds)
- 4 quarts filtered water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 carrots, coarsely chopped
- 3 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/2 package Immunity (medicinal herb blend))
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the chicken under cold water.
2. In a large stockpot, combine the chicken, water, and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
