DIY: A new superfood snack infused with traditional healing herbs

Sun-Drench Coconut Dates

Do you mean a day in the sun? A date in the Sun? Yes, we know summer is coming and we can’t wait to be sun-kissed and sun-drenched. But until then, we’re snacking on these super quick and guilt-free bites!

Makes 4-5 servings (2 dates each)

Ingredients:
8-10 Medjool Dates
2 tbsp of our 001 SUNRISE Almond Butter
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp of cacao nibs

Instructions:
Lay medjool dates flat on the platter
Drizzle almond butter over dates
Top with cinnamon, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs.
Toothpicks to serve.
