Suggestions for Use: As Tea or Soup • MONTHLY

• Place 20 g of herbal blend in a small sauce pan.
• Pour 1 cup of boiling water over herbs and brew for 30 minutes.
• Drink as tea or use as stock for light and simple soups.
• Consume daily for 5 days prior to the arrival of your monthly 经
