The Blend: • Hong Dou 红豆 Adzuki Bean •Da Zao 大枣 Chinese Jujube • Lian Zi 莲子 Lotus Seed • Yi Ren 苡仁 Coix Seed

Suggestions for Use: As a Porridge • DAILY

• Soak 20g of herbs in 3 cups of water for 8 hrs / overnight.
• Rinse grains, add 2 cups of plant-milk, bring to a boil, and simmer for 50 min.
• Combine with equal parts oatmeal or millet and stew until all ingredients are soft.
• Add toppings such as chia seeds, black sesame powder, cinnamon, or goji berries.
• Enjoy warm.
